Last Updated: January 19, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging LRM Little Rock Masonry for any services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all work we perform, from initial consultation to project completion. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes will be posted on this page.
2. Services Provided
LRM Little Rock Masonry provides professional masonry services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney repair and rebuilding, tuckpointing, stone veneer installation, paver patios and walkways, retaining walls, outdoor fireplaces and kitchens, foundation repair, and commercial masonry work. All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals in accordance with local building codes and industry standards.
3. Estimates and Pricing
We provide free on-site consultations and written estimates for all projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may be adjusted if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered during work. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with additional work. Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract and typically include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion.
4. Scheduling and Delays
We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen site conditions may cause delays. We will communicate any delays promptly and work with you to minimize inconvenience. You agree to provide reasonable access to your property during scheduled work hours and to notify us immediately if access will be restricted.
5. Property Protection
We take reasonable precautions to protect your property during work, including covering landscaping and surrounding areas. However, some disruption is inevitable during masonry work. You are responsible for moving any valuable or fragile items from work areas before we arrive. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed prior to excavation work.
6. Warranties
We stand behind our work with a warranty covering defects in workmanship. Warranty terms vary by project type and will be specified in your contract. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance, modifications by others, or normal wear and tear. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the contract price of the services performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage, and all claims must be made in writing within a reasonable time after discovery of any issue. Arkansas law governs all disputes, and any legal action must be brought in the appropriate court in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or HOA approvals before work begins, unless otherwise specified in your contract. You must provide accurate information about your property, including the location of utilities, septic systems, and underground structures. You agree to make timely payments according to the payment schedule in your contract.
9. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs and lost scheduling opportunities. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered specifically for your project.
